This policy covers information we collect about: (a) visitors to vision.sirkup.ai, (b) users who generate or upload content (e.g., prompts, images), and (c) account holders and customers.

A. Information you provide
- Account & profile data: name, email, username, password, handle, organization, role, preferences.
- Billing data (if applicable): payment method, billing address, transaction details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
- Prompts & uploads (“Input”) and generated images (“Output”): text prompts, negative prompts, images you upload for editing/variation, and resulting images; related settings (model, size, steps, seed).
- Support & communications: messages, feedback, bug reports, form submissions.
B. Information we collect automatically
- Usage & log data: time stamps, pages viewed, features used, requests, response times, crash reports.
- Device & network data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, OS, language, referrer/exit pages.
- Cookies & similar tech: session cookies, authentication tokens, analytics, A/B testing, fraud prevention (see Section 10).
C. Information from third parties (if enabled)
- Authentication providers: basic profile (name, email, avatar) from SSO/OAuth.
- Payment processors: transaction confirmations and fraud signals.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data unless you explicitly provide them in prompts/uploads.

- Default: We do not use your private Inputs/Outputs to train foundation models accessible to others unless you opt in.

6) Your rights & choices
Depending on your region (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, other local laws), you may have the right to:

7) Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent/guardian. If you believe a child provided personal data to us, contact privacy@sirkup.ai for deletion.
8) Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, audit logging). No method is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable available security options.
10) International data transfers
We may process and store information on servers located outside your country (e.g., EU, UK, US, UAE, Pakistan). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms and implement supplementary measures.
11) Third-party links & models
Our Services may link to third-party sites or allow use of third-party models/inference providers. Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for their practices.
